What is wafer paper made from?
The wafer paper sheets we use are made from potato starch, vegetable oil, and water. These are the ingredients of the sheet itself; printed designs also contain edible ink.
What are icing sheets made from?
The icing sheets we use are food-grade sugar sheets composed of starches, sugar, and gums. This is a general description of the sheet material, not a complete ingredient list for the finished printed topper.
How should I store wafer paper and frosting sheets?
Keep both wafer paper and frosting sheets sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Neither material needs refrigeration. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep the sheets in their packaging until you are ready to use them.
How do I apply cupcake and cookie toppers?
Place your edible topper onto the frosting or icing of your prepared cupcake or cookie. If using a frosting sheet, remove any backing before placing the edible image onto your dessert.
How do I use wafer-paper drink toppers?
Gently place the wafer-paper drink topper onto foam or a still drink surface just before serving.
